Use that local starting point to identify the appropriate current contact and process. An educational program description is not an individualized accommodation approval.

Clarify whether this is housing or travel

A long-term home and a short hotel or vacation rental stay should not be treated as the same request. Tell the clinician and any adviser what arrangement is actually involved. An ESA letter prepared for an apartment does not automatically resolve a theme-park visit, hotel booking, or flight.
